Welcome to Krisp Klean Laundry! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our self-service laundry, wash & fold, and pick-up & drop-off solutions. 1. Service Expectations
We handle garments and linens with care using professional-grade detergents and equipment. Stains and pre-existing damage may not be fully resolved. Please let us know about delicate fabrics, loose buttons, or special instructions when dropping off or scheduling pick-up.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
We take loss and damage seriously. If something goes wrong, tell us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of service or up to the depreciated value of the item, whichever is lower.
5. Personal Items
Please empty pockets of cash, jewelry, pens, or electronics. Krisp Klean Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets or for damage to garments caused by foreign objects.
7. Privacy & Communication
Contact information and order details are used only to fulfill services, send updates, or share relevant promotions. We do not sell or share personal information outside of trusted operational partners.
